Direlli LLC provides software engineering and IT staff augmentation services, including but not limited to:
- AI and Machine Learning solutions
- Blockchain development
- Custom software development
- DevOps and cloud services
- Staff augmentation and dedicated teams
- Technical consulting and advisory services
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Intellectual Property

Specific services provided by Direlli will be governed by separate service agreements. These Terms of Service supplement, but do not replace, any such agreements.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information shared during business engagements. Confidentiality terms will be detailed in separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or service contracts.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direlli LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for violation of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Direlli LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Yerevan, Armenia.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
